Joseph Kudra

Joseph Kudra (Chicago Heights, IL) began training at the age of 9 under the direction of Jack and Kathleen Villari at the American Dance Center. He trained with Boston Ballet, the Joffrey Ballet of Chicago, and Visceral Dance Center. Kudra has worked with choreographers Robert Battle, Frank Chaves, Brian Enos, Harrison McEldowney, James Gregg, Nick Pupillo, Christian Spuck, Lauri Stallings, Edgar Zendejas, and Sherry Zunker. Kudra has also performed with the Joffrey Ballet of Chicago’s production of the Nutcracker, Schaumburg Dance Ensemble, Visceral Studio Company, Dance Chicago, Dance USA, and Dance For Life. He was an Apprentice with River North Chicago Dance Company, and most recently Kudra has been a company member with DanceWorks Chicago. This is Kudra’s first season with Luna Negra Dance Theater.
