Ray Doñes

Ray Doñes (Houston, TX) received his dance training at Houston's High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, the School of American Ballet, the Houston Ballet Academy, and the Southern Methodist University. He has performed in New York City with "A Few Good Men...Dancing" under the direction of Jeff Amsden, Jason Parsons Project, Wes Veldink Movement, Cecilia Marta Dance Co., and as guest artist with Poz Dance Theatre in Seoul, Korea. Doñes has taught all over the U.S. and internationally in Canada, Italy, Korea, Mexico, and Austria. In 2002, he received the Leo's Silver Award in Choreography at the Jazz Dance World Congress Chicago. Doñes has also served on the faculty of the Ben Stevenson's Houston Ballet Academy.
