A fascinating program of contemporary works inspired by folk traditions of Latin America, exploring the richness and complexity of Latino cultures today.
The evening featured three World Premieres by Luna Negra Dance Theater's Founder and Artistic Director Eduardo Vilaro, Edgar Zendejas, and Joel Valentin-Martinez, as well as the revival of Batucada Fantastica, a masterwork by celebrated Venezuelan choreographer Vicente Nebrada.
